Practice Areas: Municipal Law
- Representation before municipal and county agencies, boards and commissions
In our municipal law practice, we provide counsel and representation to companies and individuals navigating the maze of regulatory requirements in the District of Columbia, Prince George’s County, Maryland, and Montgomery County, Maryland. We represent our clients before executive and legislative branches, boards, commissions and agencies charged with oversight of such areas as zoning, planning, consumer and regulatory matters, procurement and contract appeals, state and local taxation, and special education. In the District of Columbia, where one of our attorneys was the former Corporation Counsel, we represent clients before the D.C. Public Service Commission, the Historic Preservation Review Board, the Board of Zoning Appeals, the Zoning Commission, Office of Planning, Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs, Board of Contract Appeals, and the State Education Office, among others.
