- Representation before government entities
- Strategic and legislative counseling
Our federal government relations practice involves congressional representation, executive branch and agency proceedings and rule making and regulatory counseling on behalf of businesses, trade associations and individuals. Our attorneys have extensive experience with the federal government and bring to their work an in-depth understanding of federal regulations and policies. On behalf of clients, we interact regularly with those agencies and commissions that have an impact on our clients’ businesses and activities. These include the Federal Communications Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, the U.S. Department of Transportation, and the Department of Homeland Security.
At the state and local levels, we also represent clients in agency and commission proceedings as well as before city councils and state legislatures.
